AGRICULTURAL RESIDUES TO DOMESTIC AND CLEAN ENERGY
Sustainable Use of Biomass to Assist the Development of Turkey’s Economy towards Green Growth Project
Circular Economy Models
We continue our fight against climate change with the energy produced by nature. We provide support for domestic and clean heat and electrical energy production, which creates economic value from agricultural residues that cannot be used in different areas.

About Us
In order to reduce fossil fuel-based carbon emissions by bringing the biomass potential created by agricultural residues to the economy through bioenergy in Turkey, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies (TAGEM) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Global Environment Facility (GEF) He has been carrying out the “Sustainable Biomass Use Project to Support the Development of the Turkish Economy on the Path to Green Growth” since 2018, under the financing of the project.
