Within the scope of the 3rd Component of the project, it was announced that graduate and doctoral projects in the field of biomass would be supported, 96 deans were notified in an official letter and the applications were accepted and evaluated.

The evaluations were graded with common criteria by TAGEM and UNIDO experts. For each project, the averages of the independent ratings of the jury members were taken and the main and standby lists were created from the theses that met the criteria.

After evaluations and meetings, 7 projects (2 doctorate and 5 master's) were entitled to partial travel, equipment and experiment support.
