Feasibility Reports

Within the scope of the 1st component of the project, "Demonstration of Modern Bioenergy Technologies and Energy Efficient Measures in Agro-Industrial Sector", the biomass energy facilities that applied for the Project Call were subjected to first stage independent technical evaluation, project team pre-evaluation, field observation and reporting evaluations. The evaluation process was managed on the basis of strengthening, not screening; and feedback and suggestions were shared with applied facilities at every stage.

 

Pre-feasibility reports are prepared for the applicants who were evaluated among the top 10 facilities in the evaluation as the last stage of technical evaluation and support. 5 comprehensive feasibility reports will be conducted for the best 5 energy plant projects. Feasibility studies are reports of high standards prepared by an independent international company. The feasibility reports prepared are aimed at increasing the credibility of the companies after the process and supporting their development. The reporting process is expected to be completed in September 2020.

Business Plans

Within the scope of the 1st component of the project, "Demonstration of Modern Bioenergy Technologies and Energy Efficient Measures in Agro-Industrial Sector", the biomass supply chain project that applied for the Project Call were subjected to first stage independent technical evaluation, project team pre-evaluation, field observation and reporting evaluations. The evaluation process was managed on the basis of strengthening, not screening; and feedback and suggestions were shared with applied projects at every stage.

The goal of the Project Call for supply chains is to bring the 6 selected raw material sources to the economy systematically with sustainable methods. In this context, the reports of the applicants are examined and detailed analysis reports are prepared for the applications that are the most suitable for the project scope. Pre-feasibility is made and business plans are prepared by strategists for these applications. At the last stage, there are 14 supply chain applications that are entitled to receive business plan support. After the completion of the business plans, 5 applications that best meet the project criteria will be entitled to financial support. The process is expected to be completed in September 2020.
